The appointment was easy to make, the receptionist was polite and friendly and the nurse was likewise.

The directions to access the new building on the website could be clearer including referencing car parking

Phone up in the morning to discuss and urgent problem with a doctor and was fitted in that morning. Discuss problem with Doctor and told to call back if problem persisted. Problem got worse overnight so phoned again next day and was squeezed into the daily schedule. Thank you for the fast and professional response.
